  • Hydro Thruster: The Hydro Thruster generates axial vibrations through its own motion, converting static friction into dynamic friction. This reduces frictional resistance, alleviates or eliminates challenges such as stick-slip vibration, weight-on-bit (WOB) instability, weight transmission inconsistencies, tool face instability, and stuck pipe issues during drilling. The Hydro Thruster improves drilling efficiency and stability, especially in challenging conditions such as high deviated wells, horizontal sections, or complex formations with significant well trajectory changes in azimuth. It effectively transmits weight to bit and enhances the ability to adjust the tool face, allowing for further penetration into target formations. It also reduces the need for excessive tool face adjustments during drilling, maintaining tool face stability and improving mechanical drilling rates.


  • Downhole Activated Hydro Thruster: The Downhole Activated Hydro Thruster retains the technological advantages of the hydraulic thruster, but its power structure differs from conventional thrusters. In non-target sections, the tool remains inactive and does not produce vibrations. Once the target section is reached, a ball is dropped to activate the tool, initiating vibration to assist in accelerating drilling rate.


  • Near-Bit Hydro Hammer: The Near-Bit Hydro Hammer directly impacts the drill bit with high-frequency axial shock waves, significantly enhancing the bit's rock-breaking ability.
